Not IIH
23M, I’ve had a diagnosis for Pseudotumor Cerebri with a thought of right transverse stenosis for a year and a half. Just had a catheter Venogram done to try and place a stent when they determined I didn’t actually have stenosis. The doc is now thinking Chiari Type 1 and told me to look for neurosurgeons in my area with experience performing sub occipital craniectomies as this doc was out of state.
Do y’all have any advice on what I should expect moving forward? Im all for the surgery as I’m a mechanic and the headaches and disorientation with exertion is not at all conducive to my work.
