Needing advice, my son was accused of racism on the bus because he was sat near a student that was actually being racist. This has been investigated by the police and he got to go back to school. Today the school has suspended him for racist and homophobic comments.

My Son is not racist or homophobic but the suspension has happend because some children in the school have said that he has been. The school is a church school and we're abit alternative and not sure if this is the reason he keeps getting singled out or not. They are going to call the police again.

Any help or advise please 🙏
