you may or may not remember this dude but OH WELL!! JETPACK VISUAL UPDATE !!

personally did this change due to two things:

- i want to try and love him more because... he's my oc....

- the stupid jacket wrap around in his old design looked so ass

BUT YEAHH!!

also stat changes;

still melee.

- Health increased from 75 → 100 (came to attention he'd get one shot from a katana ult no matter his health. uh.)

- Shield reduced from 150 → 125

and a very miniscule idea of his lore is that—

Previously apart of the True Eye family but departed due to now conflicting morals. Now works as an undercover assassin that poses as a vigilante who tracks down and captures kills criminals.
