Going from multifamily to commercial construction

So I joined a company that does everything. My experience is in multifamily but they want to send me as an assistant to a commercial job. Is there a big difference and is commercial easier or harder than multifamily.
Thank you

Is Gonzales/ Baton Rouge boring

So currently have a job offer for a job in Gonzales and Tallahassee Florida. Everyone is saying louisiana in general is boring but no one is being specific. Would it be a mistake leaving florida for louisiana. Im a 26 year old guy if that changes anything

Need to make a decision between two companies

So I have two job offers one is in Tallahassee and is 95k plus 700 car allowance, the other is in Louisiana and is 95k plus 1800 per diem. The Louisiana job i would be the lead assistant super the Tallahassee job is as finishes assistant superintendent. The only thing is the Tallahassee job is for what seems to be a bigger GC and seems to be a good work culture, but they already have 3 assistant superintendents. The Louisiana job is an owner developer.
