Can't hold an actual conversation with support?
Has anyone else experienced this? I emailed them and got about two responses back before they started taking several hours to reply to me then just not at all, the support agent was switched twice and I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again.im talking 6 to 7 hours for a response and only because I asked them for updates or made a new ticket asking for someone to help or letting them know I was ignored. So weird!!!
