Trade advice SF w/ .5 TEP. Do I trade Warren to get Ladd when I have Fannin or just keep Warren and add Jeremiah smith next year. I also have the 27 1.01 98% guaranteed. Team and trade shown.

Do I make this trade, I’m getting Allen, contender PPR,SF,TEP 1.5. That 27 pick is the 1.1 95% guaranteed. Lineup in pictures. Would be giving up youth for Allen, mccaffrey, etc. Just traded stroud for Herbert and sent Gibbs for Caleb and JSN.
