Ongoing rates in BTM Layout 2nd Stage.
I have been looking to buy a 30x50 site in Btm 2nd stage near Indira canteen. I have been verifying the documents for one site with my lawyer. The price quoted by owner is around 35,000 per sqft. Cost for 30x50 site comes around 5.2cr. I want to just cross verify is this the ongoing price in this location or can I bargain with the site owner.. Thanks in advance.
