Ok so my court date is in July.....wife went back to work and borrowing a vehicle is troublesome sometimes, so I want to get her something around 13,000, attorney said to get approved for loan then send her info and she could forward to trustee.....is this just something I can do without getting my case thrown out or do I actually need permission to get this loan before final court in July?
