Will/Hannibal's connections to the season 1 kills?

So I'm on my 4th rewatch of this series, watching YouTubers react to it. It's currently my hyperfixation. And something I've noticed is that every single early investigation that Will ends up being framed for is TOO specifically leading to him on the evidence? Every single one has a little 'moment' that nods to Will potentially being the killer for it, before Hannibal appears to be framing him. Maybe this is just the writers setting us up early to think Will really could be the Chesapeake Ripper, but what are the chances Hannibal had a hand in all the investigations and orchestrated things to some degree? Too far fetched / unrealistic?

E.g. During episode 5 at the crime scene they're like, "at least we know the killer is a fisherman!" or something to that effect. Also, the killer was having trouble sleeping, and so was Will in that episode.

There's something in every one but I can't be bothered going back to check.

Hi. I was having a blood test about 5 months ago when I felt this burning pain down my arm. I asked the woman drawing it to remove the needle, which she was reluctant to do, but eventually did. I had really horrible electric shocks in the arm which eventually dulled down. It's been 5 months now and my arm still aches every day and I can't use it to the extent that I used to be able to. I still get numbness on and off, and it feels like a wire brush is being dragged up and down inside my arm sometimes. I don't have full sensation anymore and it changes day to day. Everything I'm reading is saying this is supposed to only be a few weeks of healing time. Is there anything I can do? I don't have a lot of money so I can't try expensive therapies.
