Warranty process went off without a hitch, no questions asked, Trevor was great! CNV was Great! the replacement tube is great and a very close match! and i have working Binos now!

Truly the easiest warranty process. I had a replacement working tube in what felt like no time (less than 2 weeks more like a week and some change) and the only reason it took so long was the UPS. No questions asked other than to photo copy him the data sheet form the bad tube. They paid for shipping both ways! I couldn't be happier - CNV really sets itself apart form all these shady companies of any industry. Their after purchase support is 10/10

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!

CNV warranty process

Hello, I bought a matched set of NNVT tubes (Ik trash chinese tubes) from Custom Night Vision, Finally got around to assembling them into my housing. Put the suckers in there and the right one worked flawlessly, the left one flickered then would not power on, I was obviously stressed by this because they were like 2500 (ik this is a steal for any analog tubes) but still. I called their customer support & Trevor picked up, seemed very friendly even tho I called on a Friday at 6 PM - told me to email him the details.Which I did. I tested the other tube in the left side and it ran fine as well so it wasn't my housing. I am concerned about their Warranty process, and what kinds things they are going to ask. This was a custom 3d printed PVS-69 Housing so I'm worried they'll blame that even though the other tube worked fine. Ive read great things about them and a buddy who is active duty Army reassured me they would take care of me.

Just wondering if y'all think they'll try to blame my custom housing? (I am a poor due to my ex taking half my shit - so i legit had to do this for the time being) - I want to be optimistic but I have been screwed by so many companies I just don't know what to expect... the weird thing is after I noticed it was broken I decided id do a continuity test on it with my multi meter and it had continuity.

I also got worried that continuity test may potentially damage it more so i stopped. I haven't used anything other than a PVS-7 back in the day so I am totally illiterate as to the best practices. Please tell me how I fukt up, what to expect & what to do better next time.

Will they have me send back both to get me a matched pair?
