Hi I have a wayfarer dinghy and learning about fibreglass currently to do some repairs, and just interested in it as well,

In the attached photos you can see a cross section through the hull, can anyone say how the composite section is made up?

I guess the outer white colours are gelcoat, but what makes the different inside colours?
