I think it will continue to increase value and I should just hold on to it but I don’t keep up with the market. Was just curious how the market on these things is looking.

This is our laundry room after I did new flooring in our house. The previous owner left this blank cabinet with hinges in the garage like they were going to use it but didn’t. I feel like I could hang it in here with maybe some shelves and the right color of paint could change this room a lot. Any ideas on color for room or cabinet? Should I put the cabinet on the left and shelves extended over the washer and dryer?
