Close Encounters 5 Tones - Sheet Music Help

So I was hoping someone could help me. I’m currently writing my PhD thesis (physics) and being the nerd I am I’m including little ‘Easter eggs’ throughout - little diagrams and quotes from things that have influenced me as a scientist over the years.

Here’s where I need some help. One of the things that I love is the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and I really want to include a reference to it so I thought about adding in the sheet music for the five tones. I’m not musically literate so I’ve no idea what this should look like and I’m struggling to find an answer online.

From some research I’ve found the notes played in the movie are:
Start with the tone. - D
Up a full tone. - E
Down a major third. - C
Down an octave.- C (an octave lower)
Up a perfect fifth. - G

I’ve seen a couple ways of writing the notes (images attached) but I’ve no idea what would be the correct way when referring to the notes in the movie. I know there’s probably a few variations that depend on the instrument/key etc but, if it’s possible, I just want a ‘general’ version that someone could play and recognise.

So could someone please help me out? I’d really appreciate it!

I know this might sound stupid but it’s starting to have a pretty big impact on my life and honestly, it’s embarrassing.

Currently I (28F) work from home most days so right now it’s not a huge issue but my role will be changing in a few months which will require me to be in the office Mon-Fri with a ~45 minute commute each way.

But here’s the thing - I don’t know how to shower without it being an ‘everything’ shower.

When I shower I feel like I have to wash my hair(rinse and repeat), fully scrub/exfoliate/shave etc and then when getting out lotion/hair oils etc. If I don’t I just don’t feel clean. In total it’s taking at least an hour/hour and a half, if not longer, and it’s exhausting.

It’s at the point where I end up not showering for a few days and being less clean. Which is completely counterintuitive (just to add - I do make sure I shower if I have to leave the house so I’m not going out whilst I’m gross).

I’ve tried showering daily to see if it helps me cut down on time but I still feel like I have to be thorough and do every step so I just get stuck in the loop until it becomes too much to keep up with. If I don’t wash my hair in the shower it feels sweaty because of the heat but daily washing will strip it and again, takes way more time. I’m great with oral hygiene and other ‘quick’ routines but this is one thing that I just can’t seem to get right.

I do have ADHD and honestly I don’t know if there’s an obsessive/compulsive aspect coming into play here with the feeling like I’m not clean if I don’t complete the whole routine (I’m in the UK so seeking help for possible OCD - or any mental health issue for that matter - requires a very long wait so not really feasible right now).

I don’t want to use my ADHD as an excuse, I just want to build a manageable routine because right now I feel like I’m failing as a human and it’s starting to weigh heavily on me.

So how do I cut down on this? How can I fix my routine so I can feel clean? What do your weekly hygiene routines look like and how do you fit them around work/life? If you shower and don’t wash your hair do you get it wet? Please help me so I can start to feel a bit more human…
