I'm currently waiting for my ITA and preparing all the necessary documents. One thing I noticed is from my Foreign work experience of 2.5 years, I was designated as an Associate consultant in my relieving letter. But while I compared that with my offer letter, it mentioned I was hired under the 'Trainee' role. Technically I was under probation for 6 months before having my job title switched to Associate consultant. But the nature of my job did not change and I was doing pretty much the same exact duties before and after.
My employer provided me the reference letter stating I was an associate consultant for the entire duration. I'm worried this might cause an issue. Should I request the employer to provide an updated reference letter mentioning this transition?
Any suggestions on how to proceed with this would be helpful.
