Experiencing recovery setback & all over body pains

Hello everyone, this subreddit has helped me a lot in advance to the operation, taking away fears and being able to see the positive sides to a hysterectomy, which was necessary due to the size of the myomas and I have endo too.

I’ve had mine done on the 28th of April, laparoscopic, kept ovaries and cervix, stayed 3 days at the hospital, needed no painkillers after I got home, just gasx for the bloating. I was doing so well i couldn’t believe it. I usually get all the side effects and nasty reactions. I was knocking on wood all the time. The main issue was the weakness which was improving, but no pain or bleeding.

I had the 2-week post op check done and everything was fine but then everything went downhill, my abdomen really hurts and I can’t sleep on my side anymore, shortness of breath, fatigued as hell and that is my main issue random fiery pain all over the body, sometimes feet then chest, hands, you name it.

Has anyone had similar experiences? A decline after 2 weeks of being okay or these weird pains all over the body?

I’m not really able to think of a plausible cause for them weird pains. I was resting with occasional short walks in the first two weeks and didn’t overdo anything. I’m really worried to become a case of inexplicable symptoms which last ages or forever..I know that feeling to well and the look of doctors shrugging.

I just want to have a positive outlook again. At the moment I’m just throwing one big pity party for myself. Thank you so much in advance!

All the very best to everyone.

Edit: Thank you so much for your replies. I did go to the doctor, they checked my blood pressure and oxygen in blood and said you are getting enough oxygen, everybody reacts differently to surgery and thats how it is. They wouldn’t take a blood test or anything, nor did they come up with any explanations for my symptoms.
