I am looking to do my own vibrant colors but first need to lighten and don't want to do that part myself. I also don't particularly want to pay $350 for highlights I won't really ever see -- but understand if that's my best route. I know beauty schools are an option, but if anyone knows of a pro who will do bleach-only, please share! TIA
