I made a post recently about noise from upstairs neighbors. They swapped our units. Good thing I did not listen to people on Reddit who told me unlimited bangining noises from the above unit is normal on a daily basis because they have children and kept complaining!
I made this post to share the outcome and tell those in similar situations not to give up so easily.
