Critical Barbarian : mono or Champion dip?
Hello everyone!
I'm running a Half-Orc Tiger Barbarian for this playthrough and just reached Rivington.
I'm focusing on critical hits, amazing with this specific set-up, so I'm going to pick the Dead Shot, Sarevok's helmet and one of the +3 greataxes to complete this with the Critical threshold Elixir.
For the last levels, I was wondering if a 3 lvl dip in Champion Fighter was better than completing mono Barb.
9 Barb / 3 Champion would give me the lowest Critical threshold I could reach with respectable barbarian weapons (on 16 or more with Elixir, Dead Shot and Sarevok), either GW Mastering or Defence Fighting Style, Action Surge and Second Wind.
12 Barb would give me additional Aspect of the Beast (Probably Tiger, I'm running Wolverine Tiger), Relentless Rage for even more survivability, and a third Feat (probably for an Con or Dex ASI, or Mobile).
I can't really decide on which is better.
