I recently upgraded to a 9070xt (from a 9060xt 16gb) and on some games like r6 or cod I haven't seen a very big uplift in performance, these games are CPU bound I believe, so it makes sense. At 1440p I thought the CPU wouldn't matter at all. I've been seeing 7800x3d going for 290$ used, I'm not sure if I should upgrade and if it'll even be worth it. Help.

I play at 1440p most games (mostly) maxed settings.
Games I'm currently playing are:

Crimson desert , Call of duty , Rainbow six siege, Cyberpunk And Arc raiders
