Law exam went really good today 🙏🏻

Guess all those sleepless nights and pulling almost an all-nighter actually paid off this time 💀

Exam was kinda easy overall, though the MCQs were definitely tricky. Still, managed them pretty well. Theory was lengthy too, but somehow I kept writing and pulled through.

Only left one 9 marks question 😭

They asked something from Interpretation of Statutes and honestly… that one’s on me. Didn’t touch that chapter properly, so can’t even blame the paper setter for that.

Right now just enjoying this small moment — maggi, energy drink, and my favorite series for a short break 🍜⚡📺

But the war isn’t over yet.

Getting ready to pull another long night and push myself again… this time for Tax. Let’s see how much of the syllabus I can destroy before sleep destroys me first 💀

Alright, quick update on my Law prep 📚

Done with:

LLP, GCA, FEMA, Company Incorporated Outside India, Auditor, Preliminary, Incorporation, Prospectus, and Dividend ✅

Remaining:

Share Capital, Acceptance of Deposits, Management, Accounts of Company

Right now I’m doing Acceptance of Deposits, and honestly no idea how long it’s gonna take 🥲

After this, I’m planning to do Management, and then probably leave the rest and shift to revision mode — because that’s equally important now.

From Accounts of Company, I’m thinking of covering:

- CRR

- Audit Trail

Not going too deep there, just selective prep.

Also, if anyone has clarity on what’s most important in Share Capital, please let me know — like key areas to focus on. Would really help 🙏

And yeah… I’m leaving Interpretation.

Tried it, didn’t like it, couldn’t retain it — so making peace with that decision.
