Which ini files need to be edited when making changes.
When making changes to the ini files (such as fixing the insane mouse sensitivity in menus), do changes have to be made to all three ini files (Fallout_default.ini, Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini) or only one/two of them.
Additionally, do any of them need to then be set to read only after making changes?
