So we know all regions are rated by difficulty. However since Monte Pincu & La Cruz don't have any Cartel Leaders, what Skull Difficulty would you give them based on the difficulty of the province and the enemies roaming around there?

Hi everyone,

So I noticed when clearing a base that all NPC's are programmed to go to sleep at 0:00 midnight. Then at 05:00 they already wake up and start doing their patrols.

Pretty annoying if you are a stealth player like me and just want to kill the whole base when everyone is asleep.
