New Player - Separatist List
Hello everyone!
I am a new player to this wonderful hobby. I started collecting and playing the CIS, while a friend of mine is playing the Republic. I have tried to build a list on my own (with the minis I have) and I upgraded it after every defeat (my friend is more experienced than me in tabletop games). The last iteration is the one in the picture. I have a few questions to try to improve it further:
Are B2s worth the points? Or should I just try to slap 6 B1 units (buying another box)?
Should I run Grevious as his own unit or should I keep it inside the magnaguards?
I feel the magnaguards are a bit expensive. Are they worth it compared to another BX unit?
I don't understand if I should put a lot of upgrades on my tactical droid(s) or leave it with very few
Should I use Kolani or Kraken instead of the generic tactical droid?
The idea of the list is to use the AAT to shield the melee units to reach the objectives and fight melee there, while the ranged troopers try to suppress the enemy. Is this a tactic that makes sense?
I have no clue how to choose the cards for main and secondary objectives. Could I get some ideas?
