I seem to have a issue with quicker games, I lose a lot because of time or mistakes due to time issues.

In real live tournaments I have a tpr of high 1600 - low 1800

Bullet 800-900

Blitz 1300-1400

Normal 1700-1900

Puzzle 2200-2300

Does anyone have advice for me how to improve with shorter time games.
