i’ve been looking at positions at LM (i work at a competitor) and was wondering how the remote and hybrid life is there. i’m fully remote and live about 95mi from both LM in Orlando (sand lake rd & ucf area). for hybrid, how often do you go into the office? just considering if it would be worth possibly doing hybrid and going in office maybe couple times a month.

also, what are salaries like i think (based on the listings i’ve looked at), for level 2, level 3? i hate that anything labeled with FL doesn’t show a salary range.
