Hello, I have read that on the pilot side of things, majors partnered with Skywest have been known to limit the amount of pilots coming from Skywest so that their own operations arent harmed, like majors often do to their own regionals.
I was wondering if this is something I should be concerned about when choosing an airline to start at if I want to get to the majors ASAP. Even if its not direct throttlng, i feel an airline might prefer hiring from their direct competitor.
Is this anything worth worrying about?
