My school has closed and I really need help getting a copy of my transcripts/diploma
I graduated from a highly accredited massage school back in 2004. Unfortunately, my school NSMT, (Nevada School of Massage Therapy - part of UCMT - Utah College of Massage Therapy) closed several years ago. I have since moved several times and I cannot locate my transcripts or my diploma. However, in order to get licensed in my home state of Indiana, I'm sure that I need to provide this documentation showing that I went to school and graduated. Can anyone tell me how I can get a copy of my diploma and transcripts?
