A long shot request from the devs
I’m part of the Facebook ITR2 groups and a guy recently posted. I’m going to copy and paste it here.
“My nephew (call sign BlazePool) and I have been playing ITR2 on quest since it came out. Ran as far as we could on multiple runs. The last one we had over 50hrs of play. He only had quest so I recently started a PC run with my son. Was just waiting for quest 1.0 to start a new run with my nephew.
I just found out this morning my nephew past away last night. He had been battling brain cancer.
I don’t know if I can ever play again. If I do I think Lauri will hit too hard.
He was 45 years old. Rest in peace BlazePool. I will see you at the center of the Radius.”
I find this so sad and devastating. It got me thinking, would it be possible for the Dev’s to put a ghost explorer with the name “Explorer 45” for the age his nephew passed away at. Or maybe name it “Blazepool”. I was imagining an explorer ghost in part of a map that is out of the way so it doesn’t confuse explorers, while also honoring Blazepools memory. I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. I Love the game no matter what they choose to do.
