Maybe this is a terrible idea, but I've never seen it done. There's probably very good reasons I've never seen it done but for some reason I always thought it would be fun. Just a straight up cash tournament, with new added rules.
For example, everyone buys in $5000. Say there are 100 players. That's already a decent prizepool. Once we reach a bubble of the top 15-20% you can choose to take your money and leave at any time but before that you must stay in. Maybe there could be some incentive to stay in after that like the casino or venue offering an additional prize for the last man standing I don't know. What do you guys think.. Cash tournament, chip for chip cash value.
