I tried back in October 2020 - January 2022 to get a youtube channel regarding chess started, but despite my efforts never got it to gain traction.
I gave up a long time ago, but my question is: What could have made this successful?
Roast it completely, please - but first tell me if analysis in the CC-texts were overlooked or not.
