WACOM DTK-2400 SCREEN/MONITOR NOT RESPONSIVE/OPENING | LIGHT INDICATORS NOT ON
Hello! For context, I want it to be let known that the weather here is very hot ( 35c can feel up to 40c ) and that my country has recently started scheduling our power to be shut off per city. ( every 2 days from what ive observed ) I didnt know of it, because i only learnt about the news the same day.
So recently, my dtk-2400 wouldnt turn on after our power went out ( it went out later than the scheduled time, so it was sudden for our household ) and i fixed it by unplugging everything and plugging it back in.
2 days after the power went out, it went out again. It was sudden for us ( again ) because we didnt think it would become a regular occurrence ) I can take the blame of needing to be more informed, ive been really busy with many personal things in my life. I didnt turn on my pc and tablet for the next 2 days, so 4 days have passed since then.
Today ( being the 4th day ) i opened my pc to save my file to the cloud, but i noticed my drawing tablets monitor didnt open. So i tried checking if the stylus worked, but it also didnt work ( like having the stylus on the pc monitor ) I tried doing the same solution as last time, but it didnt work. So i checked the back panel of the monitor and re-plugged the ones on the left.
Ive tried what i could without getting inside the components too much, and even tried switching the power cable to a different plug on the extension cord.
My next solution now is leaving it for a few days, since i have nothing else i can do. A visit to a repair shop would be awhile because ill be gone for a trip to visit faimily for 5 days tomorrow night.
( NOTE: i have tried other drivers. But this looks like a hardware issue than a software/driver issue. )
