[Landlord-US-CA] Selling a property while dealing with active tenant issues
Just dealt with one in Sacramento that had active eviction issues, tenants still in place, and city code violations all happening at the same time.
Biggest challenge honestly wasn’t even the condition — it was managing access and keeping things moving while the situation kept changing.
I’ve noticed properties like this can still sell, but the normal process usually goes out the window.
Curious how other landlords handle situations where the property has become more trouble than it’s worth but tenants are still inside.
