This is the first time I’m gridding for a counted cross stitch project and it seems off?

Project is 117x120 stitches and Aida is 14 ct 20x24 so stitches would go in the labeled squares.

Does it look right Is there a way to fix this prior to stitching? Do I cut off the excess? Start further in a corner? I just kind of winged it lol.
