Hello all, long time player that has just started fresh with Midnight (last expansion played was Legion for me).
So I have 1 max toon and another lvl 70 - but both of them have leveled though other expansions since I didn’t played them.
I’ve decided (by hunting down cool transmogs in legacy raids) to roll a warrior since legacy sets from Cata and WoD were top notch.
And here come my questions regarding my current lvl 14 toon :
- which spec is the best for open world quests ? I know I can spam dungeons but surely I have to level main or world quests ?
- because my goal is to chase the « last breath of the world breaker », I suppose I have to play the main campaign + all the time gated « companion missions » ?
I would like to avoid being « too high level » (with the bonus warband xp and other things) and have to flip flop between low level Legion quests and those 80+ for midnight. And thus being stuck with low level gear.
For instance my lvl 70 toon has leveled quite quickly… and I’m in a situation where I will surely reach 80 before the end of DF (and chromies time). For this toon, I don’t have any transmog hunt so she will be able to level normally in Midnight content (and I’ll come back to resume DF later).
Maybe my previous questions are irrelevant because Blizzard has maybe made it simpler to acquire those specific artifact appearances. But the guide on Wowhead seems to not have any update since 2019.
