My HP laptop had a battery issue last year so I bought a new one with 1yr warranty last month it had been damaged to a point that the laptop wouldn't even last a second without being plugged in. I opened the laptop to see the battery and found out that it has been swollen. I still have more than a month from the expiration date but the people in service centre are saying it is a power issue warranty will not be claimed.Pleasee help since I don't have money to buy a new one(I am unemployed).
