6 days ago I did my first inspection of a new package and had 7 frames total filled out. 3 or 4 with larva in all stages as well as freshly laid eggs. Today I did another inspection to see if they were ready for another deep. I saw 5 queen cells, all capped with 1 open (there was no cells during first inspection), the frames that previously housed fresh eggs and smaller larva are now filled with nectar. Only 1 side of a frame had capped brood. There was no larva of any stage, and absolutely no eggs at all outside of that half frame of capped brood. No evidence of a queen. Just nectar and capped honey.

What happened? If I killed my queen during last inspection, how do I get open queen cells 6 days later? What happened to all those eggs and day old larva? Should I set up cameras or did something go horribly wrong?
