I can't make the viewing in person. The agency offered to do a walkthrough on my behalf, but I’m worried they’ll hide red flags.

​What should I do? Is there a safe way to do this remotely, or should I try to find a local third party to visit for me?

The visit is during lunch time but quite far away from where my friends work.
