For better context: Me, wife, 2 kids(age 8 and 9) are going to take a vacation in Japan Dec 17 to Jan 5.
Dec 17 - Spend one night in Narita to rest after a 13 hour flight
Dec 17 to 21 - Local flight from Narita to Kansai, spend time at Marina Osaka Bay hotel to visit Universal Studios, aquarium, and the Legoland Discovery Center. One of the largest ferris wheel in japan is also walking distance as well.
Dec 21 to 25 - staying at Daiwa Roynet hotel at Kobe. Dont have much plans around there yet except eating kobe beef, lol.
Dec 25 to Jan 4 - We booked 3 places. 2 of them airbnbs, 1 hotel(Hot Spring Osaka Hinode Hotel Nipponbashi, we found out you can rent private onsen rooms there.). We plan to mainly relax and visit shrines nearby, winter illuminations, and stores such as Mandarake and similar anime stores.
If anyone have any recommendations on places(we heckin love japanese food, so if you guys have recommendations for it, fire away!) and activities(preferably kid friendly) to do, my ears are open. Me and my wife are open to anime related suggestions as well!
