I know Tulsa has several great local ice cream makers that do catering from a cute little cart, but are there any groups/companies/individuals that rent the cart without the ice cream? I keep seeing these cute Braums wedding ice cream carts and I think you'd buy the ice cream individually packaged from Braums yourself and have it be self-serve, but how can you rent just a plain, unbranded, cold/insulated cart with the umbrella?
