I think we figured it out - eggs!
Have had BB my whole life. Tried everything that was recommended - drink water, tongue cleaner, brush regularly, Therabreath, Dentist says my teeth are "a freak of nature" since I have no cavities. I did start Omeprezole due to some reflux, but nothing worked. Finally cut some foods out, and it seems that eggs are my trigger. I used to eat a couple every morning in a tortilla, and since I've stopped all eggs, my wife has been pleasantly surprised. After a couple weeks I made a dozen muffins that had one egg in them, and my wife noticed the difference. I love eating eggs, but it now seems that I will no longer be eating them. Therabreath says that it works to counteract the sulfur smells, and my guess is it's the sulfur in the eggs (think of the rotten egg smell of hard boiled eggs) that must've been setting me off.
Either way, I'll keep running this experiment, and periodically try different types of eggs to see if there's a form that doesn't cause the issue, or if it takes a certain amount to cause it.
