I have a 2019 Leaf and often when I plug in my home charger, instead of charging, the three dash lights start flashing and I hear a series of three beeps as they flash. After a while, it all stops and its not charging. Sometimes unplugging and re-plugging will resolve it but sometimes it just won't work.

What is the most likely issue and how can it be fixed?
