Roth or Trad 401k with Downpayment

Live in VHCOL city. Make $200k-$220k a year as a 30 year old. Ahead of the game with investing. Currently saving for a down payment on a home. Mostly all in ROTH besides match. If my expenses get too high, should I lower my Roth contribution and not max it out or take the tax deduction with traditional while saving for a down payment?

Received a quarterly bonus from my job. A decent portion were removed for taxes and 401k. Where should I move the remaining to? Typically when I have leftover each month, I split the remaining in 4 and add to my emergency fund (3-4 months), my brokerage (roth IRA and HSA maxed already), a house fund, and a cushion/fun/sinking fund. Unsure if I should dump the remaining into the emergency fund and call it a day and get it up to 5 months, split it in 4 as usual, or put it in the cushion/fun/sinking fund for a fun purchase (most likely a watch upgrade) for the future.
