Mentor Needed
Hi!
I am fairly new to Zoho One and have very little experience in setting up company wide systems for everything. That however, is my job in my small IT firm. I have been trying to learn as I go with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaignsm and every other app that we use. I get really lost sometimes and don't always know how to use the system to work best for right now and long term.
I keep running into process problems. For example, we have outside contractors who need to submit expense reports but they are our Vendors and not employees so they do not have zoho access. But I need it to be as streamlined as possible for the submission to Books integration so there i less manual work. I don't know if I should be doing a Zoho Form that integrates or using the Vendor Portal in Books.
There are lots of problems like that where I would love to have someone who is experienced in Zoho and building processes that I could bounce ideas off of.
