Hey Im a 5.6 yoe DE currently working in a service based org. Got offers from

HCA - 34 ctc : 32+2

Metlife : 34+1

Salafy wise i see clear winner as Metlife but HCA is putting me in their streaming team and cloud ... Metlife is onprem.

HCA is fairly new in india... Metlife is atleast 5 y old

What sgould be the ideal choice.... My plan is to get proper system design experience as coding is obsolete in 1y atleast.
