7 days in and feeling pretty good so far. Last night I experienced my first rainout. Had no idea what was happening at the time. I had turned up the humidity a bit to avoid dry mouth but guess I went too far. The gurgling in the mask woke me up and I took off the mask only to get soaked! Immediately looked it up. Ok, got it, lesson learned. Making adjustments.

Ever since I got my cpap, my google searches have targeted me for a sucker with every type of item that is associated with cpap in my feed now. What is necessary as add ons? I keep seeing this one .. . "CPAP Bacteria Filter" from Pap MD https://papmd.com/products/cpap-bacteria-filter-m-01-mtposv2?variant=51075069149490. Is that necessary? They love to scare you into buying things you don't need.
