What's right connector?
First time posting here but looking for a little guidance.
I've inherited a problematic irrigation connection that I'm looking for a long-term solution to fix.
The previous owners set up this main waterline to irrigation connection, using a compression fitting, which has 'slipped' off a couple times now - due to pressure.
I found a new replacement fitting and have it installed. While it's holding, I'm looking for a better solution.
The piping is 1" Pex? (for the main waterline) and steps down to 3/4" pvc.
I'd hoped to find a sharkbite connection at the local hardware store but I had to settle for another compression fitting.
Any suggestions?
