FIFA Pass and the USA Visa Appointment from Canada
If I receive the FIFA tickets by transfer on my account, will it still be considered as meeting the condition of 'purchased on FIFA website' for moving my USA visa appointment slot? Moreover, how likely is it that people are getting their slots moved up quickly with FIFA pass? I am in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (not Canadian citizen).
