So in my experience playing Di I’ve noticed that there are ways to achieve max dps for your reso and secondaries levels. This is my FTP Tempest dps test results after many hours of tinkering.

Legendary Gems :

•Mother’s Lament
•Pain Clasp
•Specter’s Glass
•Bottled Hope (w/ Hellbound Desire auxed in it)
•BSJ
•Leviathan Tomb
•Maw of the Deep (w/ Blood Floe auxed in it)
•Roiling Consequences

Reforge Bonuses :

•Crit Dmg
•Beneficial Effects Duration
•Attack Speed
•Primary Atk Dmg
•All Skill Dmg

Savior Ash Sweeper w/ legendary Lingering Wounds

Resonance:
•3,040

Secondaries :

•Armor• 4,872
•Armor Pen• 5,456
•Potency• 4,139
•Resistance• 4,254

I normally get 20 1* gems, this was a good change of pace.
