Siemens upgrade, safe?

Good day, group. Are there any significant changes between TIA Portal / Firmware version 16 and 19? I have seven (7) 1500s and TP700s on V16. We just got in a new packaged system with V19 on it, and at the same time I got a new laptop. I'm struggling to get both 16 and 19 on my new laptop (because I installed 19 first). So, I'm considering upgrading the 1500s to V19. Thoughts?
