Hey so what do I do if my previous manager hates me and I'm trying to apply to new jobs?
So long story short I had to quit my job (i know in this current market? I really did try to stick it out.) because it was a hostile workplace and hr was just letting it all happen. It was bad to the point I had to check myself into a hospital the week before I quit. I heard from an old coworker that one of my old managers gossips about me and a coworker who also stepped away.
I know I could just leave it out but this was a job I had for 3 years and I have a weird work history already. What can I do to include this job as work experience but explain why they cannot call my old work place?
Also I would like to know if anyone has tips for unemployment because I know most cases are rejected if someone quits, but I still want to explore all my options.
I also tried 1 temp agency just to get rejected. I want to know if anyone in this current market has had any luck with any agency before I try looking for more while job searching.
